Adding Peel Lines

Adding Peel Lines

If text is used to create output for a cutting plotter that cuts out the text contours, you can add Peel-Lines to easily peel off excess material around text without damaging parts of the design.

How to create peel lines
    1. Select a text box with the Selection tool.
    2. Choose Extra > Peel–Lines.
    3. Decide where to place the peel lines: at half the text height or below every text line.

    4. Click OK.

Tip: If you reposition the text, make sure you also reposition the peel lines.
