Apple discontinued Rosetta support in January 2026.
As a result, printer drivers that are not yet available in a native ARM version can no longer be supported by PrintFactory V2 or later on Macs with Apple Silicon (M-series) processors.
To verify if you have a driver that would be affected, a warning will pop up on the downloads page in Hub when you attempt to download the V20206.2 installer. The system detects the driver you have and the OS you run.
