After you remap the network drive, you may need to reopen the RIP so the connection can be reinstated. Always test the connection with a new job in layout, as opposed to reprinting one from the history.
If, after this you still do not have a connection, click on the printer in the RIP and browse to the output folder where you want the file and click Ok. Then send another new test file. Contact support if this does not help.
