Creating a Cut Page in Editor


How to create a Cut Page for Vector and Raster images.

A. In case of an image (raster)

  1. Open Layers Window (Windows -> Layers) 
  2. Add layer and make it a cut layer
  3. Draw Rectangle
  4. Resize the rectangle to the document size
  5. Align to the document edge.

B. In case of Vector with an existing path

  1. Select the Layer
  2. in Layers window, add New Layer
  3. Assign it as e.g. kiss cut
  4. Then, whilst the layer is still selected
  5. Copy and paste it
  6. => it will be pasted as a cut layer in the new layer. 

  7. Note: If no path exists, then procedure above needs to be followed.
