Creating an Account and Users in the Cloud
Creating a User Account in PrintFactory
There are several ways to create an account in PrintFactory, but typically a company account is already set up during onboarding, with at least one administrator account created. From there, administrators can add additional users to the company account.
Who Can Add Users?
Only users with administrator access can create new user accounts and assign roles or permissions.
How to Add a New User

Go to app.printfactory.cloud and log in with your administrator credentials.

In the bottom left corner, click on Users.

Click Add Employee.

Fill in the user’s information (email, name, etc.).

Assign the appropriate access level (admin, operator, etc.) based on their role (see this article for more information on user access)

Click Save.
The user will receive an email with registration and login instructions.
