Epson EPHR Error: Generic/Unknown error
An Epson EPHR error is a generic and/or unknown error. This error could be received if the Firmware on the printer is not up to date and therefore does not correlate with our driver version. Please update to the latest Firmware and try again.
Follow this link: https://www.epson.co.uk/support to bring you to the Epson Support page.
From here you can search for your model of Epson printer, download and install the most up to date firmware. After performing the firmware upgrade please reboot your PrintFactory RIP to ensure any changes to internal settings or print modes match the printers caches.
After you are sure your printer is on the latest firmware you need to re-layout your job and submit to the RIP again. If you continue to receive an EPHR error please contact your Epson support representatives.
