In V2026.2.1 the Color mapping for multichannel ink configurations has been improved to produce more consistent channel transitions and color output.
This is applied when creating New pmms.
The following changes have been implemented:
- Improved color mapping: Color mapping now handles multichannel ink configurations more effectively.
- Special colors excluded from the custom K point: Special-color channels are no longer included when calculating or applying the custom K point.
- Multichannel start set to 20%: Additional multichannel inks now begin contributing from 20%, providing a more controlled transition between channels.
