Job Sharing

Job Sharing option in PrintFactory is an easy method to send jobs to support or any other PrintFactory user.
It shares the job with all required profiles and details to restore it at any other location, even on different types of printers or cutters.

How to share

  1. Select the job to share
  2. Choose “Share Job” from the “File” menu or the context menu
  3. Enter the email address of the recipient

Receive a job

  1. Open your email application
  2. Find the email starting with “Shared Job:”
  3. Follow the link in the email
  4. Log-in to PrintFactory Hub
    (if not already logged in)
  5. Select the destination
  6. When the selected destination is another type of printer select the PMM


  7. Click "Restore"
  8. The RIP will start automatically downloading and restoring the job. When finished the job will be waiting in the RIP for printing or cutting.
