Labels and Jig resources: create and manage from Editor

Creating, Saving and Loading of Labels and Jigs can be done in Editor. 
Note: Pre- V6.8.1 once the label was created it needed to be uploaded via Resources tab in Software Manager. From V6.8.1 this is all centralised in Editor. 

Where to Create, Save and Load a custom Label or Jig

- Open Editor
- Extra -> e.g.  Label -> load => all default and custom labels are listed from resource database. 
- After Editing -> Extra -> label -> Save
=> the label is synced to Resources in the Cloud and distributed to all local installations.
