Output Inspector opens then closes on Windows

Output Inspector opens then closes on Windows


A possible cause is that the screen resolution is scaled.   To change that, please do the following:

1. Go to c:\\Program Files\Printfactory
2. Right click on Output Inspector and select Properties
3. Go to Compatibility 
4. At bottom on that window in Settings, select Change high DPI Settings
5. Tick: override High DPI scaling behaviour and set System enhanced.
