Password policy

Password policy

Access to PrintFactory functionality, both on-premisis (desktop) or in the cloud, are controlled by the company and user account in PrintFactory Hub (https://app.printfactory.cloud).

The default password policy has a 180 days password rotation setup. The owner (user with Owner role) can change the policy under the Account menu > Settings.

Alternatively each user can link a social media account to their account by associating it with the PrintFactory account in Account menu > Profile > Manage Social. Then the password policy of the social media account becomes effective and overrules the setting set in the PrintFactory account.
