Predefined Keys in Input Components in Workflow

Excel / CSV, XML and Hotfolder (when using RegEx) Input Components have predefined Keys selectable from the pulldown menu in the Key column.






When your Key has this predefined Key name or you select it will be applied as explained per Key below.

  1. Name                       

    1. Will use the Key value to overrule the Name of the file name of your XML in the Job list in Workflow

  2. Copies                     

    1. Will use the Key value to create Parts for each copy to be printed. This methode is usually used when Documents are added to the Cloud Nester or Manual Prepare Components

  3. Repeats 

    1. Will use the Key value to create Copies of the Job to be printed. This methode is usually used when you send Jobs in Workflow directly to a Print or/and Cutter (Available from PF6.8.3).

  4. DateCreated

    1. Will use the Key value to overrule the automatic generated CreationDate of the Document. Is only used in the Nester for Stack methode 'Job Order'. DateTime stamp ISO8061 is only allowed and validated

  5. Barcode

    1. Will use the Key value to create a barcode from. Only used on Job Part Labels Design 3 for Jobs created by the cloud nester

  6. BarcodeType

    1. Will use the Key value to define the barcode type which needs to be generated. Only used on Job Part Labels Design 3 for Jobs created by the cloud nester
      1. Allowed values
        1. QR
        2. Code128
        3. Code39

  7. SplitAB

    1. Will use the Key value 'true' or 'false' to Split Double Sided Jobs into a ~A and ~B side Job when the Print Driver used for the Job also supports Multi Layer printing
