Scaling the job window contents
This item is in the bottom right hand side of the RIP Interface. Scaleable up and down. By sliding the white button along the bar to the right, makes the window bigger, and the left makes it smaller. The columns are still fully editable as before, using the RIP Preferences, View list to hide or show, as well as being able to rearrange the order of the columns.
The main tool set content is now editable giving more shortcuts, and the option to remove tools that are not required in the RIPs workflow. This takes the top drop down menu contents and enables them to be ordered into the tool bar across the top of the screen.
To do this, simply access the Preferences of the RIP from the drop down Menu, and click Toolbar to reveal the interface. The left hand list shows the current configuration, and the right hand shows tools that are available to be added. In reverse, tools can be removed from the bar. By highlighting and then clicking the arrow buttons moves each tool into the other side.
This window shows the current usage of the hardware. Showing the CPU (Central Processing Unit), and the GB (GigaByte) loads. Whilst the process of ripping is proceeding the hardware can be audited to show any potential overload. This can highlight if there is a hardware performance issue, rather than it being a file or the software processes.
This gives all the information when a process is performed, being able to isolate for Errors, and Warnings etc.. improving the reporting of the RIP.
Rather than have this only visible by clicking the tool for Media Settings, it is now visible in a separate window, allowing the list of the devices options, including the nesting preferences defined.
