Issue description: 
- cutter starts ok then slowly cuts offset.  After the next marker dot, it is back inline

Explanation:
-  This happens when the material is Clear, the white under the barcode is picked up as the start point.

Resolution is to cover the cutter strip on the Summa with white vinyl.
