After upgrade to V6.6. the Sreen TPJ & Inca onset needed new PrintAgents installed on their DFE's and configured to the correct path location (D:/Jobs/RTLFile). First you must uninstall the previous PrintAgent before installing the new PrintAgent & ensure the existing PA service is deleted (check task manager > services) You can delete the Service manually in RegEdit & then restart the PC:
1.Start the registry editor (regedit.exe)
2.Move to the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services key.
3.Select the key of the service you want to delete.
4.From the Edit menu select Delete.
5.You will be prompted "Are you sure you want to delete this Key" click Yes.
6.Exit the registry editor.
Check the PA logs in C/users/public/printfactory/logs/Printagent.log to ensure the new V6.6 PA service has properly started
Note: Sometimes the DFE will require VCruntime DLLs installed manually in C:/Windows/System32 folder or by running Microsoft 2013 VS Redistributable package
