To allow  support engineers to investigate an issue or question about a specific job or document, a backup job needs to be provided.

How to provide a backup job:

- Open RIP

- Right click on the job 

- Select Job Backup or Share Job and enter email: support@printfactory.cloud

Send the generated .zip attached or via a transfer link to the support ticket.
