Controlling user access to Cloud Nest Queues

The Edit Nest Queue page includes a tab called Permissions.


This tab lets you choose who can view the nesting queue in the Nest Overview page.

If no users are added here, the queue is available to everyone with the correct role.
If users are added here, only those users can view this Nest Queue:



Click the Bin icon to remove added users.
To add new users to your organization, follow this article.

For organizations with multiple sites, you can configure permissions so that employees at each site only see the nest queues relevant to them. This keeps the overview page clean and easier to use for each site’s employees.
