Importing and Sharing PMMs
From Version V2026.2.0, the Import and sharing of PMMs has moved to Hub, improving cloud syncing and resource distribution.
Note: The Add button is currently only available for dealers and resellers.
1. How to Add a PMM
- Go to https://app.printfactory.cloud > Resources > Printer Profiles
- -> Add button (Top right corner)
2. How to Share or Download a PMM
- -> Search for the PMM and right-click the cog at the end.
- Select Share or Download.
When sharing a PMM, you will be prompted to enter a one-time passcode or company name:
Company is for dealers who wish to share PMMs downstream to their customers.
One-time passcode is for user-to-user sharing. The recipient of the PMM must provide the sender with their passcode. The passcode can be generated here: https://app.printfactory.cloud/settings/one-time-passcode

Once the PMM has been shared, the recipient will see the pending PMM available. You will then need to accept or deny the new PMM. Once accepted, it will be delivered to your local PrintFactory installation and become available in production.

- Push a pmm is only to a pc using a license within the same cloud account.
