SwissQprint driver features using PrintAgent

From V6.6 onwards the SwissQprint Amber series printers uses the PrintAgent service to retrieve job status tracking and job information from the printer to the RIP.

The PrintAgent also allows for following new features:

  • Layers freely assignable
  • Automatic configuration of inkset
  • Automatically detected of printer by the RIP
  • Automatic printhead compensation
  • User defined printmode support
  • Job status tracking and device status tracking
  • Duplex mode support
  • Droptix support
